Her work has consistently driven improvement in workflow efficiency and customer experience, integrating technology to refine processes and enhance operational effectiveness.

As a former Director of Loan Operation at First Republic Bank, Melissa grew the operations team from 13 to 120 employees, overseeing end-to-end loan productions for ultra-high-net worth clients. She successfully implemented process improvements that reduced turn times and enhanced the overall customer experience. By leveraging technology to streamline operations, she built scalable framework that drove efficiencies across the organization.

Now serving as Vice President of Client Relations and Underwriting at Arixa Capital, Melissa continues to apply her extensive expertise to optimize lending processes, fostering strong client relationships.
