Rehab & spec single SFR projects
Having funded well over 1,000 such projects, Arixa provides very quick turn-around times for every phase of these projects. We understand the SFR developer’s world and use this knowledge to create the best possible experience for the borrower. We have been known to send notaries to little league games or to meet borrowers at the airport in order to meet deadlines and make sure we get the job done!
Homebuilding (multi-unit subdivisions)
With a shortage of housing in most parts of the Western U.S., Arixa is increasingly turning our expertise with construction loans to serving smaller homebuilders. We fund for sale housing projects as well as build to rent (“BTR”) communities. Every aspect of your loan can be tailored to the borrower’s specific goals and needs.
