Sujit Govindraj is a seasoned commercial and private banker with 30 years of experience in the Banking industry. Throughout his career, he has focused on structuring and executing a wide array of financing solutions to a diverse client base. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, providing tailored solutions to high-net-worth clients, real estate investors, and institutional borrowers.

Having worked for prominent institutions such as Citibank, Union Bank, First Republic Bank and, most recently, Flagstar Bank, Sujit has developed a deep understanding of the financial sector, with a focus on providing tailored solutions to a diverse range of clients. At First Republic, where he spent the bulk of his career, he played a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Business Banking strategy in the Los Angeles market, where he led a high-performing team while also managing his own successful book of business. As Senior Managing Director, he was instrumental in growing the commercial real estate lending platform and expanding its market presence. Most recently, Sujit was with Flagstar Bank, where he continued to focus on delivering sophisticated financial solutions in his role as Executive Vice President within the Commercial and Private Banking Group. His extensive experience in team leadership, business development, and client relationship management has made him a trusted advisor in the industry.

Now, as Chief Revenue Officer at Arixa Capital, Sujit brings his expertise in scaling financial platforms and executing high-value transactions to drive the firm’s next phase of growth. His leadership will be key in expanding Arixa’s reach and ensuring its continued success in the competitive real estate finance market.
