Arixa’s goal is to be the best option for real estate investors and developers seeking loans from $250,000 up to $15,000,000. We have built our lending business from the ground up to deliver an exceptional experience on each and every loan, from our first interaction with you until loan funding, construction draws and until the day your loans pays off.

Our primary focus is serving borrowers in the Western U.S. and Texas, and most of our loans are shorter-term (up to 24 months maturity).  We strive to be flexible and customize our loans to meet our borrower’s specific and unique needs.  We lend off of our own balance sheet and never charge prepayment penalties or interest on undrawn funds.

We completely understand that speed and dependability are critical to our borrower’s success. We routinely fund loans in 10-14 days, if needed. When we commit to a funding date, that is the day your loan will fund.
