On Monday, October 26th Jan Brzeski moderated a panel discussion with Christian Navar and Derek Leavitt of Modative Architecture Firm and Eric Fishburn and Craig Knight of Vitruvian Development.  

Christian Navar is the co-founder of Modative, a Los Angeles based modern architecture firm, specializing in residential small lot subdivision design.   Mr. Navar has designed projects ranging from small single-family homes to large commercial spaces. 

Derek Leavitt is the co-founder of Modative, a Los Angeles based modern architecture firm, specializing in custom homes, multi-family residential projects, and with a particular expertise in the assessment and design of projects under the Los Angeles small lot subdivision ordinance of 2004. 

Eric Fishburn is the co-founder of Guild GC, a residential general contracting firm that specializes in luxury home renovation and development.  He is also the co-founder of Vitruvian Development, a real estate development company that specializes in residential urban-infill, ground-up development projects in Los Angeles, California.  

Craig L. Knight is the co-founder of Vitruvian Development, a real estate development company that specializes in residential urban-infill, ground-up development projects in Los Angeles, California.  He is the co-founder of Guild GC, a residential general contracting firm that specializes in luxury home renovation and development.
