Arixa Capital hosted a private, invitation only event to highlight one of its developers, Fritz Greve.

Fritz has successfully developed homes in the Venice neighborhoods and has over 12 years of experience as a General Contractor. Morningside sits on a rare extra-large lot in Venice, Fritz demolished the two existing homes to fit one single-family home with three stories, a pool, and a guest house/garage in tandem to the alley.

The event also provides a platform to connect developers, investors, and other single-family and multifamily real estate professionals to share opportunities, discuss trends in the luxury real estate market, and enjoy a great evening.
