Lawrence Taylor, Founder & CEO of Christina Development
Mr. Taylor is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Christina Development. Mr. Taylor is responsible for vision, strategy and leadership. Mr. Taylor is a seasoned investor with over 40 years of real estate experience in the Westside region of Los Angeles. Mr. Taylor’s notable projects include the introduction of high-rise residential development in North Century City, the development of the Montana Avenue Shopping District in Santa Monica, revitalization of the South Beverly Hills Retail Shopping District and re-development of Westwood Village. Mr. Taylor started his career with Ernst & Young (formerly Kenneth Leventhal & Company). Mr. Taylor received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in 1975.
Jan Breski Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Arixa Capital
Mr. Brzeski founded Arixa Capital in 2006 and serves as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer. In this capacity, he has ultimate responsibility for the Firm’s investment strategy, risk management and operations. Mr. Brzeski has extensive real estate experience with expertise in managing all aspects of investment sourcing, structuring, financing and acquiring investment properties. He has participated in more than 1,200 real estate transactions, investing over $1.3 billion on behalf of investors and partners. Under Mr. Brzeski’s leadership, Arixa Capital is one of the West Coast’s premier private real estate lenders providing small balance loan solutions to lower middle market residential and commercial investors and developers.
Mr. Brzeski received his Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Dartmouth College and his Master of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) from Oxford University. He is a regular speaker, moderator and panelist at various industry conferences and events. Over the past 13 years, he has organized the annual Real Estate Investment Roundtable at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and is also a guest lecturer at the school. Mr. Brzeski is a supporter of various nonprofit organizations including Global First Ladies Alliance and Hope in a Suitcase.
