David Berneman / Golden Bee Properties
David is an experienced entrepreneur with an extensive career in real estate development, investing and asset management. He’s built the Golden Bee family of companies into an operation with over $200 million in assets under management (AUM). David holds a Masters in Urban Planning from UCLA and dual Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Environmental Science from U.C. Berkeley.
Kenny Stevens / Compass
Kenny Stevens has been a leading broker of multifamily properties in the Los Angeles region for 20 years. He and his team are part of Compass and have closed more than $1 billion of transactions, including approximately $100 million the past 12 months. Kenny earned a B.A. in Economics from U.C. Berkeley.
BJ Turner / Dunleer
BJ Turner is the founder of Dunleer, a Beverly Hills based real estate investment firm that focuses on reimagining and redeveloping multifamily and industrial properties. Prior to Dunleer, BJ was Vice President for Laurus Corporation, where the firm grew from less than $35 million in assets to almost $600 million across 17 properties. BJ earned a B.S. from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Cornell University.

Jan Brzeski has extensive experience with every aspect of real estate investment. He has participated in more than 1,600 real estate transactions, investing over $1.7 billion on behalf of Arixa’s investors and partners.
