Cal is also the founder of ClimateCheck, a climate risk data company - www.climatecheck.com
A graduate of the University of Southern California with a focus on real estate finance, Mr. Inman started his career working with cutting edge developer Rick Holiday on adaptive reuse and ground up multifamily projects in Oakland and San Francisco. He started his own practice on 2008. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and young son.

Adi Weinberg, President at IDCS Construction
Adi Weinberg has been in the real estate business for 20 years as a developer, asset manager and contractor. He has built over 50 ground up development projects and over 500 renovations on single family homes. He has covered everything from Hillside Developments in Los Angeles working with Hillside Ordinance, historic restorations as well as volume rehabs in lower end areas working 10-15 homes at a time. Adi has extensive knowledge in foundations, framing, general construction and finishes. As a developer, Adi works directly with the architects on architectural/engineering designs, directly with the city for all plan approval and conducts all neighborhood council meetings and city council hearings.
IDCS is a construction service for developers with excavation, foundation, framing, MEP’s and finishes performed in-house.
Hardy Wronske, President of Everelle Build
The foundation of Everelle Build Corporation began in 2002, under the name of Heyday Development, the union of two, architecturally-trained, brothers driven to improve the quality of the built environment in working class neighborhoods. Years later the mission has stayed the same, and while the neighborhoods have changed, Everelle Build is still creating design-forward housing solutions and accommodations in a region struggling with undersupply. The success of our operation is a result of delivering high-design buildings, at a lower cost; standing out among the glut of "stucco boxes" yet produced cost-efficiently.
Beginning in shipyards in Seattle and Chile, Hardy Wronske’s career has always been in construction of complex mechanical systems giving priority to aesthetics, whether in ships or buildings. A Masters degree in Real Estate Development from USC leveraged his University of Michigan engineering degree in Naval Architecture into 16 years of real estate development in Los Angeles.
