Rob Gerlak is an Executive Vice President and Senior Commercial Lender with First Fidelity Bank. Rob has 30+ years in the banking industry with 20 years in commercial banking. Rob has lent across a number of industries, including C&I, Aircraft & Equipment, Franchise Lending, Commercial Real Estate and Residential Portfolio Loans. Rob currently lends to borrowers throughout the US and manages a book of $250MM.
Ryan Hartman, Chief Vision Officer at Avenue North
Ryan Hartman founded the company Avenue North, LLC in 2011. The company has acquired and sold over $200 million of multifamily assets, and has a development pipeline that exceeds $200 million. Ryan was awarded the top 35 entrepreneurs under age 35 by the Arizona Republic. He is a member of the Arizona Multihousing Association, the Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Investment Advisory Council, Vistage, and Strategic Coach. Ryan graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Arizona and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Brett Polachek, Senior Managing Director of Newmark Knight Frank
Brett Polachek joined Newmark Knight Frank Multifamily as Senior Managing Director in April 2018 with 20 years of multifamily sales experience. He is currently involved in all aspects of the sales process including originating and managing investment sales transactions, new business development, valuation analysis and pricing strategies, marketing, and negotiating and closing transactions. Throughout Brett’s career, he has sold over 35,000 units with a value of over $3.3 billion.
Moderator | Seth Davis, Managing Director at Arixa Capital
Seth Davis serves as Managing Director at Arixa Capital. In his role, Seth originates loans with a specific focus on multi-unit residential properties. Seth brings with him over 20 years of real estate lending experience. He has expertise in mortgage finance and in providing revolving lines of credit to institutional debt funds, non-bank financial institutions and family offices that originate or acquire short-term mortgages and bridge loans secured by real estate. Davis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California Lutheran University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
