Kevin Zvargulis, CFA

Director, Investor Relations

Mr. Zvargulis serves as the Director of Investor Relations. His responsibilities include business development as well as providing customer service for Arixa’s existing investor clients. Mr. Zvargulis was one of the initial employees at Arixa Capital in 2011, and he has been a key contributor across multiple departments, where he helped to launch 5 funds and standardized many of the initial systems and processes that helped the firm to grow. Early in his career with Arixa Capital, Mr. Zvargulis not only worked with investors but was also integral to the lending operations of the company, underwriting loans and preparing loan documents, funding and servicing loans, and managing construction draws.

Prior to joining Arixa Capital, Mr. Zvargulis was an investment analyst for the Swarthmore Group in Philadelphia, a traditional institutional investment manager with over $1 billion in assets under management. He supported both the fixed income and equity portfolio managers with fundamental research and analysis.

Mr. Zvargulis received his undergraduate degree from Davidson College in Spanish, where he was an NCAA division I baseball player. He graduated from Temple University with an International MBA/MS in finance and received his Master of Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento. Mr. Zvargulis is also a CFA Charter holder.
