Kristina Sawyer is the Vice President of Lending for Arixa Capital Advisors and Crosswind Financial. In her role, she primarily focuses on the launch of new ventures and loan originations for various Arixa-managed portfolios, while managing client and broker relationships. In addition, she manages the technology operations and development of Arixa’s operating platform. In her ten-year tenure, Sawyer has spearheaded strategic priorities for the firm that have enabled the company to expand and deliver exceptional client servicer. She has played an integral role on our team and has helped service over 1,900 loans and counting.

Ms. Sawyer was formerly the Director of Loan Operations at Arixa Capital, where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of Arixa’s four real estate funds. Ms. Sawyer comes to Arixa with over 23 years of real estate experience in all aspects of real estate lending, portfolio management, risk management, asset management, and property management.

Prior to joining Arixa, she was the Regional Sales Manager for Cabo La Estancia/NRG Financial, a resort property leasing and property management company. Her experience also includes being Resident Manager at Century West Properties, a multi-family development project in Marina Del Rey, California; and Vice President of Portfolio Properties where she launched the property management division, worked in the mortgage brokerage division, and she was on the commercial acquisition team. Kristina is a licensed salesperson, realtor, a member of NAR, CAR, and AAPL. Additionally, she is one of the cofounders of the Women in Private Lending group.
