Steve Pavlov joined Arixa Capital in 2022 as Vice President of Marketing, bringing over 15 years of expertise in growth marketing. He excels in building B2B financial brands and driving revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies and sales enablement.

Before Arixa, Mr. Pavlov served as Head of Marketing at Golub Capital, a top direct lender and private credit manager with more than $70 billion in assets under management. In this role, he led marketing strategy, managed a $4 million budget, and directed a cross-functional team of 20+ professionals. His efforts significantly boosted brand awareness and helped grow the firm’s capital under management.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Pavlov worked at Bloomberg L.P., where he leveraged customer insights to enhance product development and go-to-market strategies for the Bloomberg Terminal and its media properties. He also held key roles at marketing research agencies, including ORC International and the Harris Poll, executing marketing research projects that informed brand strategies, market segmentation, and customer experience programs for financial brands.

Mr. Pavlov holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vassar College.
