Sabrina Dukhovny joined Arixa Capital in 2020 and serves as Executive Vice President of Operations where she manages Arixa’s operations, proprietary technology, and compliance.

Mrs. Dukhovny is a business operations and technology executive that brings 16 years of experience in solving operational inefficiencies by identifying, defining, and implementing process changes and technology solutions that drive growth and scalability. 

Prior to joining Arixa, Mrs. Dukhovny was the Chief Operating Officer (and formerly Vice President of Technology Operations) at Anchor Loans. During her 5.5-year period with the company, Anchor Loans originated over $5B in loan fundings. Mrs. Dukhovny oversaw the development of Anchor’s FinTech that helped grow the company’s funding nearly 200%, and loans funded per FTE grew 3-fold during her tenure. Prior to Anchor Loans, Mrs. Dukhovny managed the sale of whole loans to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac at Kinecta Federal Credit Union.  Prior to Kinecta, she held several positions with Arch Bay Capital, covering many areas of the company such as Asset Management, REO, Marketing, and Sales and Trading.

Mrs. Dukhovny graduated with honors from the University of California Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Studies.
