Director, Capital Markets

Robert Kang serves as the Director of Capital Markets at Arixa Capital. He leads Arixa’s loan sales program and will expand strategic partnerships with institutional loan buyers and Wall Street, as the demand for residential real estate fix-and-flip and ground-up construction debt continues to grow.

Robert has 16 years of experience working in real estate and capital markets and has helped execute over $1 billion of financing and loan sale transactions over his career. Prior to joining Arixa, he worked at Constructive Capital, Toorak Capital Partners, PeerStreet, and Evercore.

Robert received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is a member of MENSA and, in his free time, is pursuing his pilot’s license.
