Chief Credit Officer

Jonathan Fox is the Chief Credit Officer for Arixa Capital. He has over 25 years of experience in private banking, including credit approval, transaction structuring, documentation negotiation and review, credit underwriting, financial analysis, portfolio management, and risk assessment.

Prior to joining Arixa, Jonathan worked as a Senior Credit Officer and member of the Executive Loan Committee at First Republic Bank for 12 years. Based in Los Angeles, he held a wide-ranging role supporting bankers across all markets of the bank. The role encompassed both a risk component, safeguarding the balance sheet by ensuring the structuring and approval of only the highest quality credit, and a business develop component, supporting the sales forces in active product marketing to clients and prospects. 

Before First Republic, Jonathan worked at Citigroup Private Bank, where he was initially based in London, UK before Citigroup relocated him to Los Angeles, CA. He served in varied roles but was primarily focused on underwriting and credit.

Jonathan attended the City of London Polytechnic in London, UK.
