Kristina Sawyer Featured on The Lender Lounge with Kevin Kim (Geraci LLP)

Kristina Sawyer, Arixa Capital’s Vice President of Institutional Lending, was interviewed by Kevin Kim of Geraci LLP at the 2021 Innovate Conference alongside Ruben Izgelov of WeLend and Vincent Balagia of Stallion Capital. 

The purpose of this episode was to get a better understanding of their local markets. All three speakers have immense expertise in their local and surrounding geographies and shared their insights into where the market was headed. One interesting point was how popular ADUs are in all three of their markets. 

“I always have a good time talking with industry friends and learning what is happening in other states. It’s interesting to see how popular ADUs are in other markets as we have seen the big ADU boom in California,” said Sawyer.
