Arixa Capital launches new Rental Term Loan Product, expands its lending platform and offerings

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 10, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Arixa Capital has launched its first single family residential rental term lending program. Since 2010, Arixa's lending platform has originated more than 2,000 loans representing over $2 billion of loan origination volume. To date, Arixa has focused on bridge, renovation, and construction financing for single family residential and multifamily projects with an average maturity of 1 to 2 years.

Arixa's new loan product will provide a 30-year term with a range of adjustable and fixed rate options, including both amortizing and interest-only options, for both purchase and refinance scenarios. Additional features of the term loan program will include options to borrow on a single property or to bundle several properties into a portfolio loan. Arixa will offer this rental product in its core Western markets - California, Arizona, Oregon, Colorado, and Texas, as well as other major markets across the US.

With this new product, Arixa can now provide an end-to-end financing solution for single family and multifamily real estate investors and developers with a long-term loan program for their properties once they are stabilized and cash flowing. Arixa seeks to combine the most compelling aspects of private lending (such as speed, flexibility, and certainty of execution) with a longer-term loan product that is priced in line with many banks and government loan programs.

The Arixa term program will allow quick funding (typically within 21 days) and is priced competitively based on current market interest rates between 4% and 5% with final pricing based on the property's appraised value, cash flow, and borrower credit score.
